Avery was so helpful in helping us choose our menu and juice (we were weary travellers and worried about making a bad choice). They suggested the Sweet Greens juice and said if we hated it they’d make another but man it was spot on! We got the vegan Banh Mi and honestly it was the best I’ve ever had. The food was top notch the service including Megan made our experience and everyone there went above and beyond. We shared the sandwich which came with a side salad and it held us well into the evening. Beautiful food, great vibes and stellar service can’t recommend enough! We were so hungry we forgot a before pic but managed this one. Thanks everyone for a great meal
and experience !

I went here by accident, as a friend had mixed up the restaurant. So we decided to eat here anyway, even though neither of us is vegan or vegetarian.

I would say the food is mediocre at best – though if you’re a vegetarian you might feel differently, but as a carnivore, I did not like the flavors or the textures of the food. That said, Kati thai food on the east side is one of my favorite restaurants. so my bias towards eating meat is not really the problem. I just thought the food was not all that tasty. SNS.

The food is DELICIOUS!!! The selections are so numerous, it’s to find just one for that meal. Smoothies are beautiful to look at and Divine to swallow!!!! Everybody that works are probably there because they love the food at Harlow’s on 23rd Ave too!!!!! GF and Vegan or Vegetarian ⭐️

Gluten free veggie and vegan options galore! 😍 The quesadilla exceeded expectations and I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

Always amazing food. I'm vegan and my friends are celiac so finding a spot to eat together can be difficult but not here. I love everything I've tried here, it's delicious and I always feel so good after eating here. The staff are nice and lovely and really make the space a great place to catch up with friends. Definitely my favorite restaurant in all of the Portland area.

Absolutely delicious all-vegan café in what might be the most glamorous neighborhood in all of Portland. Staff was super nice, food was ridiculously good (I got the beet reuban and a smoothie), and you really can't beat sitting out on the patio on a partly-sunny warm summer day.

Nice having this location on 23rd. Lots of indoor seating and a few tables outside. Menu has plenty of options, most vegan. I did notice many dishes have kale, like, a lot of dishes...is this some kind of Portland, vegan circle-jerk I'm out of the loop on? Is it all those snow storms when the first thing to sell out at stores is kale? I will never know, but my brain couldn't ignore what I saw on the menu. After a chuckle, I ordered the Harlow Wrap with shredded jackfruit, brown rice, and a gluten-full tortilla. It came with a choice of side; I got the salad cuz I'm boring like that. I wish they had something unhealthy like fries, yum...It was really tastey if not a bit too juicy. By the time I got to the second half of the wrap, it was pretty soggy. The vegan cheese was not melty if that is your thing. Also got a Ginger Soda which was super refreshing. So many healthy options on the menu, I prefer a little more junk in my diet but overall the food was good, and so was the atmosphere.

Stopped in for a juice pick me up. Cashier seemed disinterested and almost bothered. The juice was tasty with the exception of one thing … it’s was warm. Room temperature juice? … have to say … not a fan. If I want room temperature juice I’ll leave my cran-grape out on the counter and won’t have to pay 10 bucks. Here’s a suggestion … get a cocktail shaker shake the juice with some ice and pour into a glass thru a strainer … cold juice … done.

Super cute spot. Unfortunately, the person taking orders was the most unwelcoming and monotone experience I've had in a while. Just looked like they hated being there and not a single ounce of emotion. Very off-putting and uncomfortable. Perhaps just a bad day and if so, then damn, leave it at the door. I most certainly wouldn't order from them again if I go back. I would happily wait for another employee. To note, I also had the complete opposite with the person who was going around clearing tables. Very warm, welcoming, and friendly interaction. Made me feel like I was welcomed. Now the food. Everything I had was so fresh. The Banh Mi, however, is an embarrassment to call it that. It is in absolutely no way, shape, or form a banh mi. Slapping daikon and carrots on a sandwich doesn't make it so. With thay said, if you just think of it as a tofu sandwich, it was tasty. Salad was lovely as well. The raw cookies are great, too. Chocolate chip cookie, not so much. It's very dry and just crumbles apart. Of course, try it for yourself and make your own conclusions. Parking is a pain, and they say they're vegan forward, so animal products need to be requested, but like that's so silly. If you're gonna be vegan forward, just be vegan.

You can tell by the amazing smells that the food will be delicious but the smoothies are a bit overpriced for what they are. Visited on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch and it was moderately busy. Ordered a chickpea “tuna” sandwich and a Lucy Blue smoothie. The interior is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing with many places to sit. Waited about 20 minutes for our food to be ready and took it to-go on a picnic. The smoothie tasted just as it was labeled: blueberries and banana. For just two ingredients I was surprised to pay $8. The sandwich was served on gluten free bread but it was toasted and crunchy and I quite liked it. The flavor of the chickpea salad was great but it was super messy to eat. Good thing we grabbed napkins! We were given a paper bag for our to-go food boxes which was nice. The sandwich came with a side salad and it was very refreshing. Would love to return and try their breakfast items.
