Food here is amazing, but expect that HK hospitality. They just want you in, fed, and out for the next group.Ask for the pork belly... it's not on the menu but it's the best thing I've had there.

This a dim sum banquet hall. There isn't really any atmosphere or service to speak of. It's just all about the food. The place is huge and full of gigantic tables. If you came here with 2 people or 20 people, they would seat you immediately. Best to come with more people so you can taste everything. They roll over carts full of delicious dim sum, and you just point to whatever you want. Everything is very tasty, and each dish is only a few dollars.Get the cucumbers!

Hk Cafe is truly authentic dim sum. It's my favorite place to go in Oregon. It's always lively and fun with an atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in Hong Kong!Kid-friendliness: It's definitely an easy place to have kids around. You can find something they'll love to eat and as a lively place knowing minds the noise kids might make.Wheelchair accessibility: There's plenty of room to move around both in the entrance and throughout the restaurant it would be easy to accommodate a wheelchair here.

What a wonderful place with great food and service. I know nothing of Dim Sum. but now I feel I have had an authentic representative experience. Very popular spot, and the regulars seem content to wait for a table. Thank you for the tasty meal to my hosts and to the establishment.

The last time I was here was pre COVID-19 and then on weekends it was packed by the time the doors opened on the weekends. The prices back then were quite a bit lower too per dim sum plate. We went on a Friday and arrived around 10:30a and we were easily seated with plenty of seating available. The dim sum carts came around loaded with the fresh items out of the kitchen. We got our usual favorites of siu mai, haw gao, lo bak gao, wu tao gao and gee cheong fun, banana leaf sticky rice, Chinese donuts and baked bbq baos. All in all, they were good and it seemed like the items were a bit bigger than before perhaps in compensation of the much higher prices. Having said that, we were a group of five and the total bill was about $70. Not too bad and we had a doggie bag to take left overs.

The duck had feather roots on it and wasn't properly plucked/cleaned Prices went up too much, was just 2 of us dining during dim sum hours and the total was almost $90, 2 years ago would order more with 3 people and would cost around $50-$60. A big group of People left of our table were taking pictures, one of the staff just grabs a chair stands on it to help take a group photo hit me with his foot coming off the chair without acknowledging or excusing himself.

By far one of the largest dim sum places I've ever been to in Portland and one of the best. The food here has always been excellent and they have soup dumplings to rival any I've had in town. Itruly do enjoy eating here however when I go to eat there on Saturday evenings there often clothes for private events so make sure you call ahead to make sure if you're going to eat they're open they're very popular for wedding parties

Under new management? Why are all the employees so moody and tossing things around...also there's dry food crusts on glass and plates ? I didn't really understand or know what one of the lady was saying with the dim sum cart so I asked if I can see what things are and she got mad and sighed, made hand movements like "why are you doing this?", quickly opened up the three different things while muttering things to herself then walked away.Overall very poor experience, the food tastes old (we went at 10am). This wasn't our first time there but it will probably be the last time.

Great dim sum and perfect for larger parties. You will want to get there early or risk standing in a crowd for quite a while.

The dim sum is good but like most dim sum restaurants, it can get really busy and service can get slow but that's understandable. Crowds stack up fast on weekends so try to get there early or be prepared to wait for a table. I'd say it's the best dim sum in town but it's not like there's too many dim sum options in Portland.

Classic roaming cart style dim sum. Not as refined flavors as din tai fun, but much more variety of flavors and better prices.

My husband and I went in to get dim sum and regular menu items around 3 pm on a monday. When we walked in, they didn't even get up to seat us as they were eating at a table to the left after the front counter. They pointed to the window table and said the word window. A woman sat us at a table with a dirty chair, so I switched mine to a clean one. We went to the bathroom, then sat down and waited for service. She kept helping other people, and when we made eye contact for the 4th time after like 5 minutes she brought over a dirty dimsum tray and opened a lid put it on top of another lid and then asked if we wanted one. We asked if we could get menus. She said no dim sum? I said maybe, but we would also like menus. She looked at us and walked off to get the menus. We then decided to leave.

It's not what you you want to eat but how much your stomach can take. Everything's so nice here. I love the mobile heaters under the food trolleys. Very innovative and economical.
