The Hostel Cafe isn’t just a place to rest, eat food and drink yummy coffee but It’s a place that actually helps the community. They helped me during a time that I really needed help and the owner is a wonderful woman. I feel like everybody should come and just support this place even if it’s just because they’re great people.Their location is near pretty much all the good attractions in this area. I have been here several times over the years, it's a simple local spot. I enjoy their burgers, hand-cut fries, and classic breakfasts. They have good gluten free buns and other gf options as well. Sometimes it can be hit or miss but it has been good recently. The prices are a bit high but I think everything is organic. I did not like their coffee in the past but have not tried it in some time.

Decided to try a new place for breakfast and the Hostel Cafe was a short walk from our Airbnb.

My partner and I both ordered the French Toast served with two pieces of a very dense break fried crispy and topped with butter and maple syrup on the side. The dish also contained some strawberries, blue berries and banana pieces.

Very good French Toast and the service counter is very helpful.
