Came for a date night on a fine Thursday afternoon @4PM. We were the only ones there so the food came out within 10 minutes of ordering. The set up is order at the counter then choose your table. So I live near by and I haven't tried this place in years. I decided to try it last night and it was absolutely DELICIOUS. We got a vermicelli bowl and spring rolls and it's probably the best vermicelli bowl in the area. The flavors were really good and the shrimp and lemongrass pork were very seasoned perfectly... the pork was very tender which is hard to find in a dish like this. We were blown away and so glad we stopped in to check out Fish Sauce. The atmosphere is very fun & welcoming. The staff were also welcoming, friendly, patient & helpful.
