Such a great place. The amount of food for the price is amazing. It’s like 2 meals worth of food in one container. The flavor and quality are excellent and some of the best I’ve ever had and the owners are so nice and treat everyone so good. Amazing find for me and you have to try this place when in Portland. The best!!!!!

Garlic Chicken Stir Fry (sub fried rice instead of noodles). Huge and I mean HUGE portions for 12 bucks or so. Absolutely 2+ meals and it’s made to order (not microwaved like that cart at midtown beer garden). Authentic deliciousness on a cold rainy Portland day. I shall return :)

I love Yangzhou Fried Rice and this hit the spot. The people are very kindly. I practiced Mandarin with them and found out they were Cantonese also. Good food, good people, that's a 5!

Delicious food - my favorite was the eggplant and sesame chicken! Made fresh on the spot and not too oily/ greasy like a lot of Chinese takeout. Generous portions and very friendly owner.

Went there with a huge group of diverse ages, backgrounds and tastes (incl. two teenagers and one pre-schooler). Everyone got something to make their day better

Portions were generous - looking forward to going through the leftovers

We came here after hiking through the 4T trail. We were all hungry. The 4 things we ordered were -
Pad See Yew
General Gaos Chicken
Pad Thai
Crab Rangoons

The woman who took our order was great but the service was slooooow. We were the only guests at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon and it took over 25 minutes to get our food. The others in our group ordered Shwarma, had there food and were done by the time we got ours.

There are hits and misses here.
Crab Rangoons were fresh and delicious. Not sweet at all which is how they should be.
The General Gau's was great. Fresh and hot with more of a peppery flavor than an orange sauce flavor, very good.
Pad Thai was awful. 2 of us ordered it and we all tried it and it was inedible. Very dry, slightly sour, no real flavor to it. Neither dish was eaten (And we were very hungry)
Pad See Yew was great. Classic flavor of sweetened oyster sauce, noodles were great and the chicken was perfectly cooked.

We took away 2 stars because of the very long wait and the awful Pad Thai.

Might be hit and miss here looking at the menu.

And of course the vibe is typical portland food cart seasoned with the homeless wandering aimlessly and begging with a, slight smell of urine in places. I'll give the food cart place 4 stars for trying but lacks in execution.

My FAVORITE chinese/cantonese food cart in the whole city. They even have some non-chinese items too. Everything I’ve ordered here has surpassed my expectations and the people who run this cart are always pleasant to interact with. PLEASE if you go here try their almond cookies, I promise you will be hooked on them.

Dietary restrictions: Very very very few gluten free options
