Some of the best bar food out there! Super fun dive bar with outside patio and inside seating, plenty of tiger art on the walls.

Refused to accept a military id despite orgeon state law saying that miltary id is acceptable for liquor. Crazy hill to die on for independence day weekend.

Best vegan mac i’ve had in a long time!
Great food and drink specials, selection of NA drinks as well. I come for the vegan food, which is expansive and delicious here. When I go to concerts at Revolution Hall, this is my go-to spots beforehand. Indoor seating along with an outdoor patio, the interior boasts a bar with seating, a pool table with tables and chairs for eating, cool posters lining the walls.

Awesome place with tons of vegan friendly options. Great atmosphere. There wasn't enough Pico for the chips and you cant select a mix of the tacos. Still highly recommend this place. Exceptional service all around. Also, Mike deserves a raise!

What a vibe, exactly the kind of place I'd expect to see in portland. (In a good way!). Vegan chicken mac n cheese w/broccoli slapped and wasn't too pricey
Tiger-heavy dive bar with a pretty amazing selection of vegan food options and an inconsistent ID policy. Failed to card me and then kicked a friend out when they didn't have an ID. I'm sure there's some reason from their history that they're jerks about it, but they should at least be consistent with their carding if they're going to mercilessly kick folks out who forgot their IDs.
On food alone, I'd go back, but this will be a skip for me next time I'm in Portland.

Typical dive bar atmosphere and good vegan options that meant I could share a meal with my partner, but we were meeting up with friends and that's where they made a good experience turn sour. When my partner and I got there, neither of us were carded for our alcohol purchase (I am 26 and he is 40, for reference). We went to sit down and as our friends came in it turned out one of them had forgotten their ID at the hotel. They were carded and denied beverages. They were still allowed to order food but were asked to leave before the food arrived. They wound up getting to-go boxes for the food but were treated incredibly rudely, especially given that the friends that were joining us were in their mid-late 30s. If my partner or I had been carded I would maybe feel differently about the situation but given that they weren't even that strict about checking IDs makes the whole situation leave a sour taste in my mouth
Old school Portland... A dark and vibrant dingy bar with good food/drinks and a large patio. They have pinball machines that are used by competitive pinballers and a pool table.
One of my favorite spots, I love the vegan (tofu) buffalo wings... All the flavor without the cruelty 👍
A couple negatives: Sometimes the bar line can be pretty long and lets just say, I wouldn't want to be a woman and have to use the bathrooms.
Great place with amazing food!
Best vegan mac and cheese in town!!!
Called to see what their gluten free status is and he rudely said nothing is gluten free.
