I was refused service unprovoked with a valid, standard ID at age 29. I was afraid the cops would be called on me because the bartender insisted my ID was fake and then held it for longer than necessary. I was causing no trouble and was there with my partner.

One of the best, if not best, happy hour spot in Portland, especially for vegans. Most of the staff is friendly, there’s a few there that make you feel like you’re wasting their time. Drinks are decently priced and the patio is awesome.

Food is good, but service ranges from alright to terrible. If you struggle with social anxiety in bar settings I don’t recommend coming here.
