Worst most employees I have ever come across. Try to act like my order wasn’t there and then as he’s going through the recalls passes my order and tries to act like he didn’t see it and make me pay for food that I never got.

I pulled up late at night and the drive through attendant didn't speak english and it was very difficult.I finally got my order and drove off and realized she had given me the wrong order.

I went through the drive-thru and got my food. firstly I asked if the milkshake machine was working. They said yes. I pulled over to check my food the milkshake was extremely runny the French fries had been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time the burger was okay. I took the food back in and had to stand and wait for over 5 minutes till I got one guy's attention to please let someone know there were people in the Lobby. The guy didn't speak any English but he finally realized I need help and got the woman from the window to come and help me. She said the milkshakes are thin like that now because they don't put the thickening additive into it. She didn't give a reason as to why the fries were old. It's very sad there was only three people working. Now that original hotcake House food has went to crap and they're not 24 hours anymore I would imagine this place gets a lot more business since it's across the street. They need to add some more staff and pay their staff better

I stopped here on my way home to Beaverton ordered three burgers and one meal. The food cost almost $30 and my son is allergic to cheese so I ordered the burgers with no cheese. Got home and the burgers had cheese on them if my son would have eaten that he would have gotten very sick. Drove all the way back from Beaverton to get my money back and the woman that was working told me there was no manager on site and did I want them to remake my order. Absolutely not she proceeded not to care at all she was very rude he gave me $7 back in tossed it in my hand and slammed the window. I will never return to this location again. Manager needs to retrain their employees on how to treat customers. They obviously don't care!! We're living in a sad society.
