We put in a mobile order for pickup through the drive through, and even confirmed the name for the order with the worker multiple times before receiving our food. When we got home, we discovered that our $40+ order wasn’t was in the bags. They gave us someone else’s order! Not only that but we called the store repeatedly to try to get a refund, but they didn’t answer the phone. Don’t expect to receive the food you actually ordered from this store from a mobile order. They just give you whatever bag’s closest to them, apparently. It’s not hard to peek in the bag to make sure the food is correct before handing it over. Train your workers better

It was - OK. I had an Ultimate Cheeseburger Combo and the meat was a bit overcooked, but still tasted alright. The fries were good. The service wasn't friendly, but was professional. The atmosphere is fine too. Nothing to brag about, but ultimately adequate.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
1-9-25 I decided to stop here to use the restroom. I was in the restroom for about 2 minutes When a male came in and started looking at me through the bathroom stall. He had an employee shirt on and he said " hey..uh, I'm gonna have to uh ask you to leave." I responded with "okay..? Why." He said " a customer told me you were a guy." I responded with " IM A FEMALE THANK YOU. Why the hell are you looking at me?!" ( meanwhile im still on the toilet- not covered yet). He said " oh uh I'm sorry. " I then washed my hands and went to the front desk. I said, " I need to talk to your manager." He said " he's not here right now." And I asked for the number but he refused so here I am writing a bad review right before I make a call about my experience. Just because I have short hair and wear a hat doesn't mean I'm not a female. Very displeased - extremely rude people

It's probably not the employee's fault, but this location is at it's worst. The lobby is never open; drive thru only, and there's always some drug addict who looks possibly dead sitting against their building or in their parking lot or both. And their food is the most expensive it's ever been.

They were rude, customer service was just HORRIBLE.

I arrived around 10:30 am on a Tuesday, and there were two Hispanic women working. One was at the counter, so I approached her with a friendly attitude and asked to order two tacos. Instead of taking my order, she just stared at me and walked away to the kitchen. It would have been nice if she had said something like, "Someone will be right with you." After waiting at the counter for about 10 minutes, another lady, who clearly saw me the whole time, finally came over to take my order. The place wasn’t even busy, no drive-thru orders or customers in the lobby. I really don’t understand why they were so slow.

I ordered my two tacos and paid, but after 25 minutes, they still weren’t ready. I asked about my order, and then they finally brought it out, but it was two Jumbo Jacks instead of the tacos I ordered. The girl who took my order checked in the back and tried to cover it up. When I asked what happened, she just said, "Oh, nothing," and started talking to her coworker  in Spanish about putting my tacos in the fryer quickly. They didn’t apologize or anything, and I had to wait another five minutes for my food.

The cashier noticed my frustration and started acting rude, even though I hadn’t said anything else while waiting. She kept making snarky comments. When my food was finally ready, I just took it and left, feeling like I needed to write a review to share my experience.

I won’t be returning here anytime soon. Their employees definitely need better training.

I came in today to grab a bite to eat. Young lady manager was pretty and sweet. She handled a complaint so perfesonaly. I come here all the time. I love the twins who work mornings. I'm the black lady who comes here alot
