Love the restraint and the people that work in this place love the atmosphere it has too. Pretty awsome place.
Our server, Troy at the Stark St Mall 205 in Portland Oregon is always friendly and makes sure that we have all the things we ordered. He politely comes to our table and asks us if everything is okay and tends to our needs right away. We only visit this Denny's because of the great service and delicious food. Denny's Restaurant is known for its great and delicious food, with specific meals like the super bird, a burger, the triple juicy burger, and a strawberry shake receiving praise. The super bird is always fresh and comes with options of side orders, while the fries are always crisp and non-greasy. Many reviews highlight consistently great service from friendly and cheerful servers who go out of their way to provide good service, ensuring customers have all they ordered and tending to needs right away. The restaurant is also described as very clean.
However, experiences can vary. Some visits involve a long wait, even when the restaurant is not busy, and food items like nachos and hashbrowns have arrived cold and soggy. The music can sometimes be a bit too loud. Despite these occasional issues, many customers report a much better experience on return visits, with better service and better food, noting that the staff is helpful and provides wonderful service. This leads many to state it is their favorite Denny's location, creating an experience that makes them want to go back and definitely come back, leaving with a smile and a full tummy.
