Worst drive thru that I’ve ever seen
Visited this location at around 8:40 PM and the drive-thru was lit up and showed as open during posted business hours. When we pulled up to order, the employee asked if we were DoorDash. We said no, and they told us they were closed for cleaning, even though the restaurant was still supposed to be open. If the location is going to stop serving early, they should update their hours or put up a sign. It was frustrating and inconvenient.
They sit and hide in the back and do not answer the drive-thru speaker the last hour before close. Two times in a row now and nobody and other people also in drive thru trying to get food behind me because it is still open business hours, plenty of time before closing. I would understand if it was maybe 5 minutes before closing, but this is silly at this point.

For the past three visits, I have tried to get something here at night on my break from work, and I have not gotten a single response from the drive-through speaker. I’ll sit and wait a few minutes and nothing. I’ll drive through and see people in there doing God knows, what cleaning or whatever, and I thought for the first two times it might’ve been a fluke, but this is seriously the third time this has happened and I’m done. Each time, the McDonald’s down airport way has gotten me my dinner. Not my first choice, but at this point, I’ll take what I can get.

The lady at the drive through was soo mean, i asked for Fanta she just assumed i wanted orange and when i asked her to give me a strawberry one she was so pissed at me and gave me an attitude she didnt even put ketchup or asked if i needed some i had to park and go get it myself as a customer and someone who also service others seeing this kind of treatment is really sad

You're the only place in town that when they give you a shake they still fill the whole cup up and give you whipped cream. That's unheard of these days so good job guys thank you I told you I would post for you and I did the kid that work that I was so polite I would have hired him myself

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent experience at your restaurant. During my visit to the drive-thru, I ordered a #2 combo with curly fries. The staff member taking my order had difficulty understanding me and repeatedly asked for clarification, even after I patiently repeated my request. When I reached the window, the same staff member was unfriendly, and although I confirmed my order, I was given the wrong items—missing the fries.
After returning to the drive-thru within minutes to resolve the issue, the staff member failed to recognize me and became defensive when I explained the mistake. Despite presenting proof of my purchase, she continued to deny the oversight and treated me rudely, even closing the window mid-conversation. Her poor customer service was frustrating and unnecessary, especially as I remained polite throughout.
I believe her limited English proficiency may be contributing to the issues, but the main concern is her unprofessional behavior. I am not making a racial complaint, but rather addressing her lack of courtesy and the overall unpleasant interaction. I have been a regular customer for years, and this experience was deeply disappointing. I request that her behavior be reviewed and that she receive further training in customer service.
I am open to discussing this further if needed and hope this matter is addressed to ensure a better experience for future customers.
