I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent experience at your restaurant. During my visit to the drive-thru, I ordered a #2 combo with curly fries. The staff member taking my order had difficulty understanding me and repeatedly asked for clarification, even after I patiently repeated my request. When I reached the window, the same staff member was unfriendly, and although I confirmed my order, I was given the wrong items—missing the fries.
After returning to the drive-thru within minutes to resolve the issue, the staff member failed to recognize me and became defensive when I explained the mistake. Despite presenting proof of my purchase, she continued to deny the oversight and treated me rudely, even closing the window mid-conversation. Her poor customer service was frustrating and unnecessary, especially as I remained polite throughout.
I believe her limited English proficiency may be contributing to the issues, but the main concern is her unprofessional behavior. I am not making a racial complaint, but rather addressing her lack of courtesy and the overall unpleasant interaction. I have been a regular customer for years, and this experience was deeply disappointing. I request that her behavior be reviewed and that she receive further training in customer service.
I am open to discussing this further if needed and hope this matter is addressed to ensure a better experience for future customers.

The last two stores we have been to have to have been so dirty! Thus time we waited almost 10 minutes for our order and they were not busy 2 customers in lobby no drive thru. More than likely Wilmot be returning to any locations again, gross!

My spicy chicken sandwich was disgusting. They probably fried it in dirty oil. The lady as the window was nice though and gave me 3 tacos instead.
I was expected to go thru the drive thru. Service team doesn't seem to want customer. In the store. I stood at the counter was ignored for about 10mins not even ask to wait a moment.
So I had to leave the store, get into my car, go thru drive thru, park my car, and bring my food inside the restaurant.
That process is faster then just ordering at the counter.

I recently went to this establishment for breakfast since they have good food but I didn't want to go back anymore since the whole restaurant was filled with smoke apparently the extractor was damaged, but if something like that is damaged it shouldn't be open to the public and the worst thing is that they continued to work normally.
