This is a restaurant as well as a tea house and their food is delicious; some of the best I’ve ever had. The majority of their menu is gluten free and everything is clearly marked so you know what you’re getting. Service was quick, smooth, and the young man taking my order was kind and patient when I asked some questions. One of my questions was about the sweet sesame balls, which I didn’t end up ordering. When we were leaving, he ran after us and handed me a packet with a sesame ball, on the house. (It was different and also delicious!) The bill for my son and I came to $46 before tip, and we took leftovers home because the portions are pretty big. I will definitely be going here again.

Cute restaurant. I got the khao soi. It was pretty good, but I wish it had come with the crunchy noodles & limes like I would get when I ordered it in Thailand. Still delicious though & good for 2 meals for me!

Family favorite for over a decade. Vermicelli salads are the go-to, but also recommend the unique lemongrass burger and the banh mi.

This was the worst meal we’ve had in a long time. We ordered several different dishes: chicken satay, salad rolls, papaya salad, salt and pepper squid, and sesame balls. Every single item was bad, especially the papaya salad. No flavor whatsoever. I used to love coming here 10 years ago but I think the quality has changed.

I'm so happy we found this place. Lots of gluten free items on the menu. The food was amazing, service was fast and the servers and staff were so nice. We also grabbed a few desserts at the end of our meal. The sesame balls are to die for. I will definitely come back to try more food.My friend got the Grilled pork vermicelli salad, and I got the Pad Ka Pow. Not pictured but I also highly recommend the banh bot loc appetizer, so yummy.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options availableDietary restrictions: They clearly mark what is gluten free, and you can ask about other allergies.

What’s the point of having your hours say your open till 9 if you close the kitchen at 8. And if your only doing Togo, why was everyone else eating inside?

The food here is amazing and the portions are more than most restaurants give you. I've been coming to jade tea house for about 5 years now and it remains to be my favorite Thai tea despite going to many others. Another good thing I get that is in their menu is the pad kee mao noddles... perfect As far as service , you get your own water which I love. And the food comes so fast , especially your drinks and sides:) The ambiance is also what draws me back to jade tea house. There is a very spacious down stairs and up stairs, there is also a cute outdoor seating area that is a pleasure to be at durring summer!

I love the coconut chicken soup.

I was recently reminded that it's okay not to "trade fun for fun." If you are having a good time doing something, you don't have to stop to do something else, even if that second thing will also be a good time. One example they used is favorite dishes - if you have a favorite dish, it's okay to eat that every time you go to a restaurant. Jade Bistro definitely falls into that category for me. I'm HOOKED on their coconut rice noodle soup - for me, this soup is perfection. I feel blessed that my friends have let me try their dishes and that my spouse shares with me, because I do actually get to try other things, but since this is a bit of a drive for me, I'm never going to miss the opportunity to get this soup. I also now have a habit of getting a sesame ball, no sauce. They are the perfect starter or finisher for a meal here. But having tried other dishes, I admit you probably can't go wrong with anything here. The pad Thai is really different than those from other Thai restaurants and I loved it at level 3 spicy, maybe I'd go 4 if I ordered it myself. Also, I've always ordered and grabbed a table downstairs - do yourself a favor if you can and go sit upstairs. Its not necessarily quieter, but less boisterous and I really enjoyed slurping my soup and noodles up there with my friends. Can't wait to return, always.
