Shinjo Sushi is a lovely little gem of a food cart located in the Sellwood neighborhood in PDX. It offers the best poke bowls in town and great quality sushi for an unbeatable price. Everything has been delicious, with fresh and clean ingredients. The Dragon Burrito was excellent, and the chicken teriyaki is the best in the world. The owner is friendly, and the service is fast, friendly and efficient. Vegetarian options include fresh vegetarian food.
