The service here is good, very friendly people. The food was just average for me. The chicken in my plate was slightly hard and oily. I also missed out on cheese and sour cream but was charged the full price of the plate which was $15. Overall, the flavors were good.
Best carnitas in Portland! There I said it, and I will die on that hill.
