“I would love to give this place five stars. They're are often not open during their scheduled business hours. I've been here multiple times in the last few weeks at 12:00, which is when they say they open yet they are closed. I'm sitting here right now at 12:15 and their food truck is closed.“

“We were so impressed with the service, the level of detail put into the presentation (especially given it is all in take-out containers) quality of the sushi and the portions for the price. Our favorites were the soft shell crab burrito and the red dragon roll, but all of the dishes were delicious. We will be back. Thank you!“

This sushi food cart had so many vegan options.🍣🌱

They even have vegan spicy mayo and vegan cream cheese, so it’s not just basic veggie rolls, which made me so happy 🤍
The eggplant roll goes perfectly with sweet eel sauce, and the okra roll with cream cheese and wasabi is an amazing combo ✨

It’s not a huge space, but there’s a spot in the food cart area where you can sit and eat right there 😊

“I didn’t take a photo (regret it now!), but these were honestly the best sushi I’ve had in Beaverton.

Everything was incredibly fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The fish tasted super fresh, and the ingredient combinations were just perfect — nothing to add, nothing to change. I’m genuinely impressed.

I ordered three rolls, and it basically turned into three full meals — they’re that filling and generous in size.
