Ricky's Sushi in Portland, Oregon #2 is a sushi food cart with many vegan options, including vegan spicy mayo and vegan cream cheese. The eggplant roll goes perfectly with sweet eel sauce, and the okra roll with cream cheese and wasabi is an amazing combo. The fresh fish is brought down from Canada. The spicy miso was a great addition. The sushi burrito has BIG portions. For the price, variety, and portion size, it earns five stars. The clearly labeled vegan menu is affordable. The people that work there are very nice, and service is fast. They serve on real plates with real chopsticks and offer miso soup to enjoy while waiting. To-go orders are packaged very nicely, and orders to eat at the picnic tables are plated very cute. It is open until 10pm. The owners are awesome people.
