Vibes are right reviews are wrong. Good patty, and got a hefty plate with great flavor. Service was great thanks.

This is not an authentic Jamaican restaurant. I am from the Caribbean born and raised, and I was craving some home food. Spent $86 to throw it away. Person behind counter was on his laptop computer when he should actually been cleaning. I was extremely concerned when I arrived to get my order on how dirty the restaurant was. Food is bland and no flavor. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

The food is bland, no flavor. I ordered oxtail meal and brown stew chicken meal. While eating the oxtail, I got turkey neck instead. They're falsifying the food to make a bigger profit. If you come from the Caribbean then you'll know the difference immediately. The chicken was dry as hell and the rice was dry as well, grainy, lacked flavored and tasted burnt. The cabbage was ok texture wise but severely lacked flavor

If I could give 0 stars I would, this is despicable, a waste of my money and as a raw born Jamaican I’m upset with myself for ever supporting this business. Please disassociate yourself from my country. What you’re doing is dishonest because you know this area has little to no Jamaican influence and most people don’t know authentic Jamaican food, this restaurant is using the country’s name in the worst way possible to capitalize off it because this curry goat was the worst $28 I spent in my life. It was very bitter and if things weren’t bad enough I only got 3 pieces of meat and a thick disgusting tasting gravy. Someone needs to report this place and as a chef myself who just wanted to support another restaurant representing my country…never again
I’ve been to many Jamaican restaurant throughout the country included Chicago area, Fort Lauderdale area, Boston area and so far this is the worst Jamaican Restaurant in Oregon only three pieces of oxtails with dry Rice the food taste old look like it’s was cooked couple days ago
Stopped going because of the small proportions served and quality. The owner seemed to be very nasty. Will not visit ever again.

Island dancehall on the speakers. Proper spicy jerk chicken platter. No complaints. Support local island fare.

Got four honkin’, deliciously spicy whole jerk wings last night from this place (sorry for the missing one in the photo; I dug in immediately)! It was $16, but you’re getting the equivalent of eight standard wings. I didn’t go for the fried cornmeal festival balls but will be when I go back.
They tried to tack on some cabbage I didn’t order, but it was just a misunderstanding over the phone. Based on the wings, I have to assume all the other dishes here are probably good. It ain’t cheap, but the food is good. Glad I stopped off here after passing by it for years!

Jerk wings were great!
We love Jamaican food and first tried it during our visit to Jamaica a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, not everyone can cook it well. We were excited for the goat meat, but it didn’t meet our expectations—it had a bitter taste and was served cold. However, the beef patties and spicy chicken were good!

Curry chicken wasn’t spicy, rice was dry, didn’t taste like curry at all , hand full of cabbage wasn’t seasoned
