All rice no chicken for $11 Won't order here again. Not very flavorful. I ordered 2 plates of food spent $26 what rip off. Will never eat here again. The food was ok. I was disappointed. The portion of chicken fed my 2 yr old it was so small.

Fresh and authentic and affordable Jamaican food. The menu is simple is straight forward. I've tried most dishes, and all are very tasty. Also, great prices! (This cart does not charge for the ‘cultural exchange' via the experience eating at the cart.) I would highly recommend! Located 74th and foster , with other seemingly great spots also! The Only con I can think of, is the lack of tasty beverages like teas, lunches, juices etc Also, check hours before going. Other than that, Cheers to some tasty affordable Jamaican food pdx!
