When I arrived I was informed they were out of bread. They had the regular wheat sandwich bread but not the normal jimmy johns bread. I asked of they could use the day old bread and they advised against it but said okay. The bread was a little tougher but, the sandwich was delicious. I didn't get the ladies names that were working but, they were great, friendly and did their jobs quickly. Still weird for a sandwich shop to run out of bread with an hour left before closing.

I will never forget my first time getting a JJ sandwich. The claim of "freaky fast" was an understatement of biblical proportions. They literally handed me my sandwich before I could finish swiping my credit card...Well, that was then. This is now. The last few times I went JJ's the food is still great. Absolutely no complaints there. But 15 minutes to wait for 2 sandwiches when there's almost nobody there? That's definitely not "freaky fast"......

I ordered through the app. When I went inside 2 customers that were just ordering received their orders before me. I waited 20 minutes. One of the employees came back, I assume, after a break. She was talking to someone who was not another employee. I could see a Bluetooth in her ear. All the other employees were laughing and talking to each other except the one taking orders. I could see that I was not the only customer that appeared a bit annoyed.
