I ordered a steak and cheese and it came with a little bit light on the steak. I went up and asked about it was a normal serving and asked if I could pay for double meat? The lady was so nice. She said don't worry about it. I'll make you another sandwich. She made me a complete another sandwich and put a good amount of steak on it this time. Really appreciated that service! She didn't have to do that but it ment a lot !
Generally the food at Panera is a bit more predictable. Today our lunch fell in the "okay" category. The chicken in my rice bowl had a lot of fat. There wasn't much broccoli and the teriyaki flavor was off. The only coffee available when we arrived was hazelnut and it too was a let down. The ceasar salad was fine and the half sandwich was also okay. Very few sit down choices on the island so your options are limited.

This place is great. Clean place as soon as you enter and is greeted by great customer service with a smile. Many healthy options and they will take the time to make sure your order is how you ordered it. Clean bathrooms so no worries when you go to wash hands. Food is prepared well and on time.
