Incredible! I tried the butter croissant and my husband had the one with meat and cheese. Absolutely delicious. We also tried the lemon cake and some of the chocolates. You must try the chocolate!! I would go back and stand in line just for the chocolate. It was the most delicious chocolate I’ve ever had.
I ordered a carrot cake, and I just got home after a 3 hour drive to see that it was a lemon cake that I was given. I am pissed as I traveled all the way from South Seattle, and stayed in line for a good 20 minutes only to end up with what I did not order.
The lemon cake is good, and the butter croissant was nice. I really wish I was eating my carrot cake I ordered and not this.

Literally every single thing I've tried from Jinju has been amazing.
We checked out Jinju for the first time recently and walked up to a long line out the door. I was skeptical about whether it'd be worth the wait. But, boy was it.
All of the pastries and chocolates are gorgeous. Almost makes me sad about eating them at all. But, they deliver on excellent flavor and texture as well.
