These guys are the real deal!! I’ve been to some amazing patisseries in my life but the quality and art that goes in to Jinju’s work is out of this world. Highly recommend the croissant, especially when they serve their chocolate cookie croissant. Come early, they are so good that they will sell out. Give the staff some love for their hard work, they deserve it!

Mushroom / gruere tarte was phenomenal and the coconut passion fruit pastry I tried was mind blowing.

stopped in for a quick midday sweet treat and an iced americano and wow! tell me why their croissants are so perfect and their cinnamon chocolate chip coffee cake is so soft and airy! they’re on all the lists for a reason. go early, go now!
