Fantastic food. The salmon nicoise salad was delicious. Loved the kalamata olives and capers in it. Service was impeccable! Leon was on his game and just warm and friendly. Just a genuinely good guy. He should teach a masterclass on his profession. Tosh was very sweet. Jazz band was great.
The strawberry salad was just what I needed after a long day of travel. Sweet, crisp, and delicious. Corey & Gemma were an absolute delight to chat with, and the strawberry/cucumber/gin cocktail was so incredibly refreshing. Thank you for a wonderful first meal in Portland!!
I love Jo Bar! I’ve been going every week for several months to listen to live jazz and have seldom been disappointed. Great bartenders, Helen, Gemma and Cory as well as server Leon. Terrific ravioli and I’ve tried and loved several desserts, my current favorite is the Passion. Also good wine choices and they stock Hennessy, my favorite cognac. I hear the happy hour is wonderful but I get there too late for it. Do yourself a favor and check them out!
