Okay, so, wow. We had lunch at Karam and it was *delicious*! Everything we ate was fabulous and our server was friendly and attentive. I HIGHLY recommend the kanafeh for dessert!

Karam absolutely rules. I’ve eaten here countless times, have never had a bad experience, and leave wholly satisfied every time. Best lamb shank in Portland

The chairs were a little uncomfortable but we found that to be a staple in Portland. The food though was absolutely amazing and our server who seemed to also be a stakeholder was sweet and super helpful when handling our large party with multiple demands. We would definitely go back!

We had three people in our group and ordered a variety of dishes. Beverages, appetizers, main courses, and desserts were all amazing. High quality food at a very reasonable price. Excellent service, great seating, and a good location to sit and visit with friends.

All of the food was overcooked and dry. Hard chicken. Clumpy rice. Smelly, chewy lamb. We were the only people in the place for the hour we dined there...during lunch on a Saturday. Gross.

Went here based on recommendations, and I recommend this place for you in return. Scrumptious meal served in sensible portions with reasonable prices. I felt nourished when I left. The food really is delicious and well executed.

In addition to enjoying the meal I had a great conversation with the owner. His Lebanese roots shine through in the food. A nod to his parents for the environment they created running the first iteration of this business that gave him the opportunity to make his own way in the restaurant industry.

I love stopping by this place! The best pita chips in town easily. Nice clean interior vibe.

Lentil soup and Zaatar was a refreshing light lunch on a cold rainy day

An unexpected delight on a sunny afternoon. Dropped in to enjoy unique cocktails (get anything with arak!), and some snacks (labne and shawarma!). Walked out very happy.

Coming up from Eugene to this INCREDIBLE place reminds us that Eugene has nothing like this. Food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent. We won’t hesitate to come here every time we in Portlandia!!
