Genuinely great spot. The food is fantastic, and the portion sizes for the sushi rolls are extremely generous for the price (about $6 for a roll). Service was lovely and fast, and the vibe inside is welcoming and has a perfect casual atmosphere. Will be coming back ASAP and bragging to all my friends that I know a better sushi place than they do

This place is my favorite Japanese food in town. Amazing prices, super fresh, lots of variety on the menu for appetizers or rolls or even entrees ala carte. Visit this spot and see for yourself.

Lovely mom and pop sushi restaurant. Exceptionally delicious sushi. The Aburi Salmon is my fave, and the potato salad with roe is one of the best things I've ever tasted. The staff is wonderful and warm.

The best sushi I’ve had outside of Japan and affordable. Love the scallops and tempura tai. Get there early before the tables fill up.

Probably my favorite sushi spot so far in Portland. Lovely service! I got the Poke Don and partner got the Salmon Special, both were delicious and big portions! Definitely more of a home style mom n’ pop rather than most of the “fancier” spots in the city.

I don't even like sushi but that salmon plate is INCREDIBLE. I loved the tempura veggies too.

Great place, small cozy vibe. Definitely hole in the wall with a family owned presence. Great sushi and good value also. Drinks are priced very well.

The saving grace is it’s cheap.
Otherwise this is very poor sushi.
I don’t even think the nigiri rice was seasoned with any vinegar. It was just plain mushy rice.

Don’t go here expecting good nigiri.
Go to support a small business and eat sushi for cheap.

Family favorite! Small, family-owned restaurant! Amazing quality of fish. Their special salmon teriyaki is very tasty and different from typical teriyaki made in other restaurants.

Do note that this restaurant is small, and gets very busy very quickly. Food is worth the wait.

Hidden in plain sight! Heard about this place from a friend and had to try it. Small and next to a convenient store was this unexpected so good sushi! Everything was good and service was great. Will definitely go back!
