Food was cooked well, but I did not get what I thought I was getting. 1 hour long line and 2 hour wait after ordering was outrageous. Warning: place ran out of food at around 2:30, an hour and a half after open. Servicewith a smile but my star rating is reflecting the wait.
After watching a tiktok review I really wanted to try the pork chops, mac n cheese, and the ribs. The place was out of food at 3:30 so I left to try the next day.
The next day after waiting in line for an hour I got the Loaded Everything Plate at $80 plus tip. After ordering, waited another 2 hours before my name was called.
I opened my food at home to find no ribs, mac n cheese, or pork chops. I was very disappointed. It's probably my mistake assuming the everything plate would be the one I saw on Tiktok. Based on most plates being $55 and mine being $80, I thought for sure what I wanted was going to be included.
So if you go, be prepared to wait and make sure you are ordering exactly what you want instead of assuming like I did.

I want to preface this entire review with the fact that the staff were cherry and kind. Warm folks doing hard work.
My partner and I got to Kee's about 20 minutes after they opened, and the line was already around 40 people deep. We decided to wait, and the vibes in line were great. The cart pod is nice and has some quirky decor. It took about an hour to get to the front of the line-- no problem, it's popular and it's supposed to be fantastic, we can wait.
We ordered the pork chops and chicken. About an hour and a half after we'd ordered I got called up to be informed they were out of pork chops. Again, no problem, we've waited this long, and they offered fish or more chicken instead. Deal, gimme fish.
Another hour goes by without food, and we start hearing people being told they're running out of fish. Okay, we're solidly deep in this experience now, and it's busy. We'll get what we get, fine. Vibes in the pod are worse by now-- everyone has been waiting for at least an hour and a half at this point, and there's a pound, clearly drunk man making a scene. Food is slowly trickling out. A few people got refunds. We decided to wait. They're making everything fresh, so it's going to take time. It was longer than we'd wanted to spend, but again, we're in deep now.
Another 45 minutes goes by until our order is called. No one said anything about further substitutions, but I assume at this point that there probably were some and just roll with it. At least we got food.
We got some extra chicken, but only one piece of fish. Instead of Mac and cheese we got a side of lasagna (which they have as a main, so I'm guessing they ran out of mac), along with some green beans. Plus a garlic roll and a slice of cinnamon pound cake. The portions of everything but the fish were *huge*. This plate could have easily fed 4 people.
The chicken was good. Nice and crispy, and cooked well. It seemed to have mostly lemon pepper on it, which isn't inherently a problem, but it was a *lot* of it. The chicken was easily the best part of the plate.
The fish was nicely cooked but strangely lacked salt? It was fine.
The lasagna also needed salt pretty badly. It was definitely homemade which was nice, and the texture of the noodles and meat were delightful.
The green beans were canned and seemed to be seasoned heavily with mostly lemon pepper? It was a lot of lemon pepper across the whole meal. They were fine.
The roll was cold but had a nice texture. I wish it had more garlic, but I can't complain too much.
The pound cake was delicious. Very well done.
Overall, it was good food. I can't ignore that we waited 3 hours for it, and that taints the experience more than a little. Had it even been an hour and a half this would have been a fantastic quality and amount of food for the wait. 3 hours is a long time though, especially to not end up with what we actually ordered. My understanding that they were making things fresh doesn't functionally change the outcome-- this would have tasted better had it not taken half of our day to get lunch.

From the moment I walked up, I knew I made the right decision. The warm and welcoming staff helped me with their favorite choices. The ribs were sold out, so if you’re set on them get there when they open. As a chef I rarely get the chance to eat out. This was a treat and well worth the 1.5 hour drive. I got the combo catfish/chicken and when they advertise loaded they were not kidding. Not only are the portions large, so is the flavor. Be prepared to share. Also got the pleasure seeing the owner of truck working, and engaging with her customers. You can tell she loves what she does and cares about her customers.

I enjoy going to the PDX Street Food park. The atmosphere is definitely native Portland with the spaceship and alien decor. I enjoyed the food at the LOADED food truck. The portion size is shareable. The price is steep but worth for the the quality and presentation of food. If you wants good home cooked food take drive to Northeast Portland. You will not be disappointed.

Saw an incident with the owner on july 17th where the she attacked a woman over her trying to get the property managers card after what seemed like her asking a question. The customer was very calm, the person handing the customer the card was calm, THE OWNER OF KEES VERBALLY AND PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED this customer trying to not let her get the card. Had it not been for her coworker holding her back who knows what could have happened. Dont go here.

0/5 stars rude owner AWFUL food awful portions no flavor and the owner having a bad attitude will only continue to drive this business thru the ground. I would NOT recommend. Go to Cliffs if you want to hit the southern cooking need!

0/0 food was terrible. She sent me over there to get my money back or a remake instead put her hands on me. And took cards outta my hands. Don’t recommend. I called the cops and I’m also gonna be calling a lawyer. I will not stand by the way I was treated at all. Don’t ever go here. This happened it’s probably on there cameras. She is ruthless and cruel her employee had to stop her from being yelling in my face.

I have so much food left after buying this for lunch today. I will have enough for dinner tonight and probably even some tomorrow. EVERYTHING was good, fresh, warm and well seasoned. The drink was so good. It said on the menu that there would be a watermelon drink (I don't really like watermelon but was willing to try it) instead I was given a peach/passionfruit drink and my god was it good. The cart itself was clean, with a small bench waiting area and music playing. Highly recommend this food truck.

I came here for the second time and it was a Sunday. Believe it or not my wait was like 15 minutes. Don't get your hopes up because quality food takes time and I was #4 in line. Every cashier I've encountered has been amazing! Very pleasant to encounter. I've watched Kee twice provide outstanding customer service. Like I stated in my other review, I'm from the south and this is the closest to that you'll ever get to it. I don't know who blessed Kee's hands but Ase' to that. I ordered a chicken/fish combo and of course it is amazing. I will fight all 7 of my kids for this plate 🤣. It's a ton of food that is sharable but I refuse to. This food is so good. I'm addicted! This is my favorite spot for soul food. I had to come one last time before I left. I am sad that I have to leave it behind, however, when I come visit... I'll be back. Thank yal for comforting me and filling my stomach. Be blessed and prosperous Kee!
