his is the best Thai food in Portland. Short rib and payaya salad combo is literally the best/tastiest deal in town. So many delicious daily specials alongside my standard pad thai order, it doesn't get better than Zaap. Service is amazing and the owner greets you each time you eat. Best customer service in town-Paul is my guy! This is my wife's favorite meal!
