I stumbled across Cedo’s a few years ago when I moved to Portland. I looked around at what everyone else was eating, ordered a falafel sandwich with the signature potatoes + hot sauce, and my mind was forever blown. I’ve since also developed great affection for the tabbouleh & hummus sandwich, which is super fresh and delicious (and packs a lemony punch).
