My husband and I have been enjoying this co-op for the past 4-5 years and LOVE it! The individually vacuum sealed and frozen pieces of salmon are perfect for us to easily prep dinner. We also love supporting a local business that has a great product. I'm always telling people about Kenai-Red when they tell me that they love salmon! Highly recommend and I love that you can purchase as much or as little as you wish. With a large freezer, we get enough for a full year!
We were drawn to Kenai Red by their sustainable fishing practice, and now have been buying fish from them for several years. We have literally never had a bad package - every package has been fresh; no fishy odor, just great flavor. We can just go to the freezer; we never have to shop for salmon only to wonder whether it's fresh. We have recruited a number of friends into a buying club - buying well over 100 lbs/year total - and they have all enjoyed it too. And the folks at Kenai Red are really easy to work with.
