Spent a relaxing hour on the sidewalk drinking an excellent Martini.

Just, do it. Come here. The vinyl nights are quite incredible, really. Think Studio Gibli, 70's nightclub, sexy in a Sadé way. Finally the music is more demanding in it's cadence, in its decibel count, than the loud portland patrons next to you. You want to whisper into someone's ear. The vibe is very peanut butter, very amber glassware, very two-people-in-a-five-person-booth. Bartenders are masters of their craft, so ask them to lead you into an experience and prepare to be pleasently surprised. Always been a favorite, and continues to be. (I'm actually from Portland. Born and raised. Trust me.)
Great spot!
The beer was fresh and perfectly served. Awesome vibes and friendly service. Will definitely come back!

Lightweight drinks at a premium price. All bad.
Sommore was hilarious. Great show.

Nice food, nice people, but I wanted a different atmosphere.
As a musician, I was hoping for more of a listening-centered environment, so I was disappointed at the experience of a full jazz band being basically background, and hard to hear at best, which makes it benign when music matters. It shapes space-time. This is what to expect from a "no-cover" jazz night.
Also, the gentleman sitting next to me apparently gave credit to my tab, but I don't think it was accounted for? And the staff seemed to shrug it off.
Vegetarian options: Lotsa vegetables.

The bartender/ order taker acted as though I was bothering him when I asked him for a side of pickles. The food was ok, but I will not be back. $14 for a chicken sandwich is a tad pricey when you feel bad for asking for pickles.

Fine now. Definitely used to be my favorite bar. But the menu changed. And when it used to be chill and quiet it is now rowdy.

This place is an absolute gem. The jazz (no cover!) on Tuesdays is amazing, the atmosphere follows the principles of "Hygge" - cozy, inviting lighting, decor that speaks to the soul of the place.

I love this place if it was in my neighborhood I would be there once a week! It’s so good. The food is delicious. Not your typical pub food, and it’s a wonderful relaxed lounge scene there with great music and cocktails, and even a good NA list

Shoutout to Pablo ? I feel like this spot is the new-gen Jimmy Mack's. No dis to Jack London, but I ain't tryin to pay $20 x2 (w a date) plus drinks just to sit at some rando seats n peep the band. That said, Keys gotta more chill, social, unpretentious (yet excellent) jazz vibe. Five stars!!!!!

Definitely quite the vibe. Lovely atmosphere. However, my group and I left on a Friday night merely because it was just too loud. Idk, I guess at age 37 I actually want to hear the person sitting right next to me, not having to yell. Or say, what? Every other sentence. The right volume allows things to FLOW. Last night was not the flow. ✌️

Funky sweet cocktails with excellent food. The fries are great, also recommend the rotating selection of deviled eggs.

You're paying for aesthetic, but it's a very nice atmosphere. Bad food, mediocre service, but a lovely venue.
