All I’m going to say is, check your bag as soon as it’s given to you, don’t have them correct your order because you never know what they might do to your food (this is the world we are living in today), and don’t hesitate to ask for a refund directly from the KFC website. I thought the KFC in Orchards was bad but this place right here? Unreal. Good luck!

I went through driver through the young girl tonight was the worst customer service she had attitude. When I got up to the window she still had poor service did not give me no receipt forgot some of my food items I try call no answer. The food they did give was old looks like its been sitting all day!!! I will never go back to this location ever! The workers at rude poor service! I spend too much money for not all my food to not be jn the bag.

Well it was a good Sunday and, until I went to my local KFC, not only were the people rude but I asked for any deals to my surprise she said they didn't have any, I looked at the window and there were plenty, they said they only had a $20 dallor fill-up, no $7, then I asked about the nine peice bucket, she $16.99 I finally said ok but when I went to pay for it was $17.99 u said $16.99 she looked at me and said your I know what I said and your wrong, I said but u told , before I could say anything she said take your chicken and go I'm not going to put up with you harassing me I said mam she slammed the window and I didn't even get to ask about the free bucket deal, I will never go back, so I get home the chicken is cold no seasoning and very bland and hard, I hate to complain but I used to eat there quite a bit, but never again , if there was a churches chicken they would get all my business, I rate this store at minus 7 ...

Food tasted bland and the service seem rush even though they weren't busy. Didn't get any fork or spoon for my son's famous bowl and no ranch for my tenders. I won't be going back to this location again.

This KFC has gotten my order wrong every single time. They never give me the extra sauces that I paid for with my meal. I've ordered the dunkit bucket multiple times and it's supposed to come with 3 sauces. The first time I ordered here I got no sauce at all and complained online to the app chat bot thay they use for customer sevice. This last time I ordered 2 extra sauces on top of the usual dunkit 3. I checked my order at the window and when I realized I only had 2 out of 5 sauces I ordered, I had to knock on the window repeatedly to get the employee to come back. She then gave me a large gravy instead of the gravy sauce cup and KFC sauce that I asked for. When I got home I realized they had completely forgotten one of my sides (the corn). It was too late to drive all they way back, and their app chat bot from previous experiences is worthless. The chicken nuggets are dry and chewy and the quality has been worse each time. I will not be going to this KFC again, Popeyes is way better and right up the street.
