Stopped by this pod on a whim and found Fan's food truck tucked away in the back. Ordered his chicken noodle soup (seemed like pho) and his tom kah. Both came with loads of broth, noodles, and was so flavorful my wife and I didn't talk as we inhaled as much noodle and soup as our mouths could let us. The only thing is, there is only one man in the truck (I assume Fan?) do things take a wee bit of time. Will come back to try everything else.
Really good food and friendly service.
I had a great Pad See Ew, super delicious. I came on a rainy day with awful weather so a lot of carts here were closed, not this one! Kind service, fair price, and good portion.
