Manager at Kfc 82nd and Powell is extremely disrespectful and Rude. This is our second time going there and he had the same attitude being disrespectful towards us while we were ordering. We just completely drove off because Why would anyone wanna give money to someone whos being Rude? he deserves to be fired. his attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable.

I was verbally assaulted by tier manager because he didn’t understand me. I’m typically very sweet to customer service workers because I’ve worked in that field 17 years! I know what it’s like. But this man was extremely disrespectful. I suffer from panic attacks and ptsd from something i went through in the past and the way this so called manager spoke to me triggered me to the point where i was shaking on the way home and couldn’t leave my house for days. And I didn’t receive my order either.I reached out to customer service through the app and also sent an email and they had the same manager call me. Which caused a panic attack because he yelled at me over the phone as well. Then corporate called and didn’t care about the situation either. They offered me a voucher. Which I did not accept. I will not be returning to KFC ever. The way they allowed that employee to speak to me and treat me and nothing was done just oh you don’t want the voucher ok bye is not the way a business should handle situations like this!

me and the car infront of me left due to the wait and disrespectful guy taking out order we ordered at the drive Tru menu and then he was like u can just order at the window and told us to get back in line when we did order before the window he says it's just him when I pointed out how anoyying it would be to circle back around and so I left with out getting food bc why should I have to go through twice and waste ever more of my time
