Hello, I would like to report a situation that happened to me. I came to make a purchase and I was left standing waiting to be assisted for about 5 minutes, even though I called the employees several times. They were just telling each other “you go” but no one came to help me. I found this very rude and unprofessional.
I believe these employees need proper training on customer service and respect for customers. Thank you for taking my complaint seriously.

They are so rude. I ordered something and I forgot to get an ice water for my dog and I ask ed the manager for an ice water and he rolled his eyes and said it's going to be awhile I said okay then a Mexican lady came up and I asked her and she as well rolled her eyes and then started talking in Spanish and just ignored me and walked away. They are so rude every time we go in which is almost every day....

I liked Popeyes all these years but they gets too salty to me, so I tried KFC. It’s less salty than Popeyes to me, taste ok…nothing outstanding.
