I've never ate just play vp the staff is always friendly. The crowd has always been chill the couple of times I've been there. Definitely recommend it for chill place

Decent sports bar. Lots of screens. Food is maybe a little on the pricey side with respect to it's quality but you'll get a decent meal. Service is great.
Walked in, put $20 in poker machine, bam, hit a royal flush, then a straight flush! My hubby and his friend that lives nearby always are winning here also. Atmosphere is pretty chill, and nice bartenders.
Classic Timbers bar. Been going here for 14 years. Friendly staff and local patrons.
Checks all the boxes: beer selection is satisfactory, food is tasty and quite generous, and service is prompt but not overbearing. The atmosphere is compromised by too much light IMO.
RE-RATE 2025: The hours, portions, and pours are generous. Very much a dive, but they reliably pour what I think is Portland's best beer: Occidental Kolsch.
Friendly professional service and fun setting with comfortable sidewalk seating.
The food and service is always good here... love this place
The place lacks welcoming vibe and inclusion. I overheard a bartender convo with her friend who also sat at the bar, and it made me lose hope in humanity. I went there for a quick breakfast and bloody Mary before running some errands (the food is excellent there!), and although I was treated well on a surface, it was ingenuine. They assumed I was an outsider, well, they were wrong. Do better guys. By being so clicky, you are not helping to improve the city's vibe like it used to be.

I've been coming to the Kingston for about 14 years now. It was my Dad's favorite bar and he has been coming for about 35 years. He passed away a few years ago, and I'll stop in for his favorite drink when I'm around. I was visiting last week and saw a confederate flag poster hanging in the game room. Disappointed that I won't be back. Do better.
The food is not great and with the recent price changes it's not worth eating.
