Lovely box already taped up upon pickup, first mistake, we didn't check it before leaving.
It was too much of a hassle to go back, but I did call their store multiple times. I even called their Beaverton store because they weren't answering. I requested a refund of the roll we didn't get. Never got the refund, no call back, or reply to my online inquiry.
Overall the breading was a little dense and dry, the center was gooey from toppings. Interesting tastes, wouldn't go again regardless of the refund.
Like most of Portland terrible parking.

Delicious selection, fresh and warm. The lemon curd is very delicious. If you don't like sweets much, the simple option is the best. Just the cinnamon roll without anything is very good. One of the best places in the area. You have to park on the surrounding streets. There is a bar to sit inside the premises and two other tables outside that are shared. It is small compared to the Beaverton branch.
My daughter and her boyfriend had a cinnamon roll delivered for my birthday it was the best I ever had loved it

These cinnamon buns are shockingly good. I expected them to be ultra sugary, but they’re a good amount of sweet with delicious toppings. Super friendly service is icing on the bun.
I drove over 40 minutes because the website said open but that was not the case when I arrived. Closed? I called the business to let them know that the website is wrong and maybe fix that.The employee said, I commute pretty far so don't know what to tell you and hung up ? Delicious food but horrible phone etiquette.
