I went to this place for me and my partners anniversary. I have never been and neither had he. The experience was top notch! I came in and the waiter said he was going to change my life and he did just that. I also had a gift card that had a generous balance and I was so impressed with the service and food that I was embarrassed to use it so I paid out of my own pocket. Best tapas in Portland hands down! My partner and I just came back from Spain and Bilbao was one of our favorite cities we visited we even did a pinxtos tour in the city. We wanted to experience something like that again because we loved the concept of pinxtos and tapas. We were not a fan of the Gildas. The Burnt Basque Cheesecake is a must-try, along with the delicious carrot gazpacho, wild boar stuffed peppers, and Vermouth flight. The staff is super friendly and ensures a memorable dining experience. Reservations are recommended due to the small size of the place, but it's worth visiting at least once for the excellent food and cultural experience.
