I love coming here but they always forget something on my order. It happens everytime I come in and i order on the kiosk. It's good food but they can't seem to read an order ticket correctly. Employees have a dismissive attitude for the most part.

In a shared food hall that has a number of other food & drink options. Ramen was tasty and the broth was great. Had all the typical trimmings. Service was excellent.

I was thrilled to have a Japanese lunch spot close to work, especially one with curry. The curry was fine once I got it, but when I ordered today (second visit to the restaurant), they failed to call my order once it was prepared, where it ended up sitting on a counter for what I have to guess was 15 minutes. Very disappointing given the limited lunch time I had today, and I’m very reluctant to go back at this point and risk my time.

We've been to other Kizuki locations before, this one was not great. Visited the food hall on a Monday and no other patrons were there. I know restaurants are often closed on Mondays but I ordered the garlic tonkatsu ramen and the pork tasted old, and so did the bamboo shoots. There were barely any noodles. I requested no bean sprouts and they filled it with bean sprouts. Just not a great tasting ramen, very salty broth. I'd say, if other menu items were like this do not waste your money ($22) when there many other better more affordable options in and around downtown Portland.

Mediocre Ramen with high prices for add-ons I personally think it's overpriced for the value. Decent bar though with plenty of seating just not coming back worthy but there's multiple food spots in this one location so decent.

Best pork and chicken I’ve ever tasted in my life. Full stop. I wonder who their suppliers are. The kitchen crew is killing it. I don’t leave reviews often so this is interesting. Kizuki is a chain restaurant and the food is good pretty much everywhere but the preparation here is literally in another galaxy.

I travel a lot for work in the tech sector and have had the privilege of eating at quite a lot of fancy places over the last half decade. This is worth a weekend trip from Seattle.

I’m going to ask when the staff typically works, cause they’re doing Michelin star work here.

We only stopped in to get some food before a show and the line for Luc Lac was too long. The vegetarian broth was incredibly bland. Every ingredient tasted separate so it was bland broth with raw tomatoes and unflavored soft tofu. Next time I'd definitely leave earlier and get ramen at Pine Street Market instead. Also there was no one bartending, but I don't want to put all of that on the ramen place

The food is good the service is not. They told me they put $4 worth of extra broth in one of these containers…They also didn’t put in extra lemon I paid for and my drink. They didn’t include utensils when asked. I ordered online so everything was written down yet I was missing 4 items.
