The garlic tonkatsu ramen is my favorite ramen in Portland hands down. Perfectly chewy noodles, thick, decadent broth with rich flavor and a perfect egg. This is the ramen I compare all ramens to!

Spicy chicken tan tan ramen had ground chicken with spicy flakes which wasnt my favorite. Broth taste wasn’t bad just some gritty parts like sand so that threw me off?
Kaarage chicken was not good at all, dried and tasted old. staff were all really nice and inside decor was ambient, however we sat at the bar table and the lights hanging over the tables had sooo much old cobwebs that I couldn’t concentrate and was really disturbed by how old they were with dust caked...
