This place is like a Japanese Denny’s. Mediocre, pretty flavorless food (with WAY over-battered tempura), a survey who is kind of clueless, and flip cards with loyalty deals. There are way better Ramen spots for a better price right nearby, go somewhere else.

We very much enjoyed our ramen after visiting the Japanese Gardens. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and patient in walking us through the options. He was a great ambassador for Kisuki!

Always great food and good service. The only thing that bothered me during my visit was the air conditioning system was strongly blowing cold air on me to the point I felt like I needed to get my jacket. It also cooled my food off quite quickly making it less than an ideal experience.
