I tried the tofu tacos at Korean Twist and they were absolutely divine! The flavor was incredible — perfectly seasoned, with a great balance of texture and freshness. The presentation was beautiful too, especially for a food cart. It was so good I couldn’t resist getting another three tacos! The price was very reasonable for the quality and portion. Definitely one of the best food cart experiences I’ve had — can’t wait to go back and try more!

Such a fun concept. I love bulgogi and I love burritos, but never thought of putting them together. It is also a decently thick and fat burrito. Definitely worth it for the price. I’ll be back! :)

The best food cart in downtown! I always stop here for a burrito if I'm in the area, but everything they make is delicious and fresh ^_^ The sweet lady who owns the business is a real peach, always friendly and quick service.
EDIT: Still the best! Came back after a long hiatus from the Portland area and the Beer Garden is a total vibe. Still very kindhearted and extremely efficient service. Don't miss it!

We just arrived in Portland and took a tip from the taxi driver so we went to this truck food court. The lady at the Korean place was incredibly nice and sweet and the burrito is absolutely the best burrito I have had and it's huge. we also loved the vegetarian yakisoba. We will definitely be back.
