Decent food with local ingredients. Subpar to average service. I got the spiced apple waffle. The waffle was really good with a nice fluffy interior and a mellow sweetness. The apples and whipped cream were wonderful. There were chunks of flour and brown sugar in the apple which was interesting but not offputting. I wish I got more caramel on top. The downside is the service. It took about 12 minutes to get 1 waffle and the employee was only working on 1 thing at a time. Someone...read full review
Java rising is a special place! Amy is always mixing up delicious lattes and smoothies, using quality ingredients and adding in her most special ingredient; love. I highly recommend for your caffeine indulgences and decedent waffles.
