The desert tasted very good, but the portions are too large for a single person and bit pricey, if they can introduce smaller portions/sizes with lesser prices, I think the sales might go up.

Not a big poster of reviews but I thought this was necessary. Had one of the worst customer experiences here I’ve had in many years. The person working was so enthralled with their phone, it took a good 45 seconds to be acknowledged that we existed. When asked what’s all in the Churro Sundae (my partner has severe allergies to cherries and strawberries), we were told to “look at the picture” that was hanging, followed shortly by “things that go with cinnamon”. The condescending and disrespectful attitude was unacceptable. I will never go back here, not because the food was bad, but driving to this specific location from the west side for the attitude is something I’d rather not waste my time with.

Solid churro, but the person who took our order was annoyed, then forgot they even made it while my kids and I stood waiting for 30 minutes. They shut the cart off and walked away and I had to flag them down to even get our food.

Great service and sweet desserts for after your meals at cartopia. Their piña Loca is great, the tres leches sunday is enough for 2 or 3 people, the sandia was very sweet and juicy. Their ice cream and churros are the sweetest. Definitely stop here for all your sweet cravings.

Poor Customer Service.We had dinner there and wanted dessert afterwards. We were there for over 2 hours and no one came to work. The slow cookers were on and the door and windows were open. We asked the other merchant food carts if there was anyone and they said they did not see anyone for awhile.There was no phone number to call to let the owner know that something was wrong.
