I recently had the opportunity to work with Laughing Planet and Crystal Elverud (Catering and Special Events Coordinator). I was planning a dinner for 30 people in Vancouver, Wa. Crystal worked with us to have our group at the restaurant. She and the Vancouver staff were great. Food was delicious. I was able to satisfy everyone (vegan, vegetarian and carnivore alike). I needed catering for our elementary school event and laughing planet was so incredibly helpful at making our taco bar vision a reality. It was affordable, reliable and great quality. The staff was very responsive and helpful. I was already a laughing planet fan and I am now a laughing planet catering fan. I will be using their service again.

We cater several events a year, and whenever possible, Crystal at Laughing Planet is my first call. They are easy to work with, reliable, affordable, and the food is always yummy! - all while proving options for differing dietary needs. Highly Reccomend!
