Everything. This is not just going to dinner. This is a dining experience. It’s a small reserved venue. Yes it’s spendy, but worth every penny. You’ll try food you never thought you try. The mostly seafood menu it so well prepared. Plus you can watch the prepared each course. A fun night.
Ryan and Elena are back for an amazing, intricate feast. We missed this experience!
Nodoguro stands at the top of its peer group, easily beating omakase experiences that cost a multiple of its price. Hands down one of the best dining experiences I have had.

Chef Ryan and his team excel in both the kitchen and front of house, making the high price and advance reservations worthwhile. The artistry, expertise, vision, and execution of each dish are extraordinary, making Nodoguro a must for food lovers. The social dynamics of dining closely with strangers adds a personal touch, but be prepared for a nearly four-hour endurance activity that requires an open mind and a willingness to embrace a new culinary adventure. The hosts are amazing, creating a welcoming and educational environment while presenting each incredibly tasty course.
