Absolutely delicious! This is a restaurant operated by a Japanese chef and both the food and service feels very authentic.

Great sushi, service, and surroundings.
Was searching for cold soba and found Koji while in the neighborhood at the end of a work trip. So glad I did! The server was so kind and welcoming (and a beautiful person), and the soba and tempura vegetables were delicious. I wish I was able to eat here more often, but will definitely be back when in Portland again.
