I love La Buca, we go here for birthdays and celebrations. The owners are wonderful people and their whole family is involved in the business. Really friendly staff and amazing food you can customize to your ideal dream pasta. Good gluten free options but omg the best Cesar Salad in Portland!

Highlights of the dinner were the drinks, the Caesar salad and the pesto pasta! We were sitting for at least 10 minutes without being greeted, waited a while for the drinks and appetizers to come out and then our main meals came out 5 minutes after the appetizers which is always a bummer. 3/5.

So consistently delicious, responsive listening staff, well thought out menu, sauces are comforting and served plentifully. It’s not loud inside, all their energy goes into the food and not for posing as something shallow or flashy. Hard to park so just letting you know but that’s nothing they can control.
