Great food great customer service with genuine people that strive to put out good food
This place is delicious. Not only is everything gluten free they also have delicious vegetarian options. The staff is extremely friendly. I am so excited to make this a regular stop for dinner. The plantains are delicious and not to be missed.

LA puerta Pdx Salvadorian Food Pupusas is hands down one of the BEST food carts in Portland, offering incredible authentic Salvadorian food. The owner puts so much love into the food, making every bite delicious. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff. The YF con Chicharron and pupusas are must-try items on the menu, along with the delicious plantains and un pan con pollo. While the handmade food might take a bit longer, it is totally worth the wait. This gem in the food court is a favorite spot for many, offering tasty dishes like Yuca Frita and plantains. The cart is within the park the carts area with plenty of seating and paved paths for easy access. They have delicious vegetarian options and can meet dietary restrictions. Don't miss the chance to support this wonderful food cart before it might close down. Be aware that they don't keep regular hours and don't answer their phone. Online orders sometimes go unfilled.
