Lalibela Ethiopian Restaurant

Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit today, the food was delicious and the service EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you for offering the GLUTEN-FREE injera and all of the creative vegetarian dishes... we loved the fresh and flavorful salads (Key Sir Selata and the Timatim Fitfit), then had the best Ater Kik and Tikel Gomen I have ever had in my life! We will definitely return, and highly recommend to anyone in search of authentic Ethiopian cuisine!

Vegetarian Food Review: The flavors for the food are decent. However all the vegetarian options on the plate were very dry and so unable to enjoy it much. Service is lovely. The vegetarian sambusas were good. Enjoyed the texture and flavor of the lentil filling.

Food was incredible, atmosphere was friendly and alive, however it did take a minute to get the servers attention after we got our order in and I never was able to get my water refilled.

Feels like the 5 stars it has currently is hype you need to question. They had just opened for the day and were out of coffee and their first listed appetizer of sambusa. Paying close to $10 for a basic salad was not a going to happen. My fiancé had the veggie combo and gave it an 8/10. So 4 stars at best.
