Pretty Mediocre overall . Short wait before we were seated and our orders taken . As a popular spot in the city ,they don't even have an expresso machine ! No big deal but just a surprise for a restaurant this bag . I opted for plain coffee instead which is from Portland Roasters and was a nice consolation. I got a French toast with a side of two poached eggs. My husband got a benedict. The food was alright ,nothing that I am going to come back for. Service was alright.

I think I found a new favorite breakfast spot. Don’t pass up the pancakes or French toast. And the staff was really great, will be back for sure. Yesssssssssssssssss

Food was pretty bad. I was surprised after seeing so many good reviews. Biscuits were dry. Pancakes were not good at all. Very disappointed. Service was great though, so I gave it two stars. Mimosa and Bloody Mary were trash as well.

Absolutely loved this place! The service was top-notch, and everything was packed with flavor. We shared the spinach skillet with poached egg, cheese, and bacon—so hearty and satisfying—and the fresh blueberry pancake was just perfect. I ordered the eggs Benedict with ham, and it was phenomenal. The coffee was excellent, and they even had a house-made syrup that took it to the next level. We don’t live in the area, but we’ll absolutely make a special trip just to eat here again. Highly recommend!

This place is hands down my favorite brunch spot in Portland. I take everyone here who visits from out of town. It’s quirky but not pretentious about it. Local artists’ art always featured on the walls, making it visually interesting. The decor overall is very unique in an understated, authentic way. Like, you can tell a lot of love went into establishing this place. The staff is a nice balance of attentive and chill.

The food is consistently top tier, made with fresh ingredients. They make their own biscuits and it shows. I love the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. The spinach and baked egg skillet is also unbelievable. They’re usually pretty busy though, especially on the weekend. I’d recommend getting there early if you want brunch on a weekend.

The good... pleasant service and the blueberry pancakes were yummy (but huge... 2 were almost too much). Reasonably priced.

The not so good... My hot chocolate was undrinkable. It was Swiss Miss with some mini marshmallows thrown on top. Seriously, I can't believe they even serve it.
The place was noisy. Not just restaurant noisy... noisy like I couldn't hear the person sitting next to me. They need some sound baffling, it was hard to sit in there once the noise level shot up. I remember going there (under different management) years ago and liking it, but I probably won't be back.

Usually a long wait, expect 45 minutes or more on weekends.

The servers are very busy. I’ve been forgotten at the bar a few times with no coffee or no bill.

Hours aren’t accurate, they’ll turn you away after 1pm. Come here a fair bit, more out of convenience than anything else.

Far better places and prices for basic diner fare in town, but you’re paying for location.

Hands down, my favorite pancakes in Portland. As a lover and connoisseur of pancakes, I've eaten more than my fair share in the City of Roses. This place takes the (pan)cake.

Fair prices, friendly and skilled staff. Little Griddle is what brunch dreams are made of.

This is my favorite brunch spot in Portland. I really enjoy the rotating art gallery on display and cute home-diner vibe. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating to allergies. Get the potatoes, they’re divine!

Excellent food! We just started coming here and our first experience was great and the waitress was amazing and super attentive. Since then, we've had different waiters and they seem to wait a pretty long time before getting your order and not really checking on you to get your bill paid when done eating. So, plan on staying for awhile or having to ask for the check when you're done. Still giving 5 stars because the food is super good and the staff is friendly.
