The best baguette outside of France! I don't know how they do it, but these have the wonderful taste and texture of genuine French bread that doesn't dry out overnight. My only wish is that the bakery was open past 2pm at least one day a week, pretty please?! It's so difficult to get to the wonderful bread and other baked delights with such restricted daytime hours.
Oh my. Lox on spelt bread was decadent. Tanglewood chai was full of yummy spices. Carrot coconut muffin was so moist and a good kind of crumbly....that was amazing. They were crazy busy for a Sunday morning but were ploughing through orders very efficiently (eesh they were working hard).❤️☕❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hands down the best quality bread in the Portland metro area. It reminds me of what you get at good bakeries in Germany.
Two things:
1. Provide reusable (for here) plates, cups, and utensils
2. Open up a downtown Vancouver (WA) location!!
