Five stars for making pastor on the sidewalk, love it!

Los Plebes is part of the Lil' America food cart pod. The food was very good and there was a wide range of choices for both food and beverages. The prices are appropriate for the quality and amount of food. The only downside to my experience was the wait time. I, foolishly, didn't consider that I was ordering on Cinco de Mayo. The pod was busy but I vastly underestimated how many people had ordered specifically from Los Plebes. While this was mostly my fault, I would have appreciated a warning about the potential for a long wait. Otherwise great experience and would happily return. (But maybe only during off hours if it's Cinco de Mayo)

I went here for the first time yesterday, and had food poisoning symptoms within two hours. It’s 24 hours later and I’m still sick. I have a TOUGH stomach so if this upset it, I’d be nervous about their food safety and food handling practices.

The burrito was decent yet small. The sauce was good. The 2 small "half the normal size" containers were 1$.
That seams odd to me. And personally I find that annoying for a Mexican food establishment be like that.

This food cart pod is great, good music, nice tables.
But the tacos were if you had the stomach the size of a hamster. And not very tasty. 3 dollars for one bite isn’t cutting it :/

It's a good food cart to grab some quick food when in the area. They are usually the ones that have longer operating hours than the other carts in the area. We stopped by and shared a chorizo quesadilla while waiting for our other stuff. The flavor of the chorizo was on point, and the quesadilla did its job. The person working there was friendly and quick to prepare our food.

The worse place to get Mexican food. Al pastor was really dry and had canned pineapple instead of real pineapple, plus the meat had no flavor combined with the pineapple. I also got an horchata, so upsetting it’s was just Klass powder mixed in water and it wasn’t even mixed well. Oh and on top of that the employer taking our order pretended to not speak Spanish and made no eye contact. Over priced for the quality.

The food was ok. Tasted a bit dry to be honest. I don’t know if it’s me or that these tacos keep getting smaller. No joke, a taco fits it my mouth whole, and that’s $3. I didn’t try the other food but I could have since I was still quite hungry after my 3 tiny tacos.Food came out fast and the area around the carts is covered and heated.

This was soooo gooodd. Literally 10/10 so good, it’s not overpriced and the workers are very friendly! My friend got chorro tho but she said it was worth it ??
Excellent choice for Mexican food at this great food cart pod I'm SE Portland. Fast and friendly service too with plenty of covered seating and a great little indoor bar where you can enjoy a beverage with your meal. I will be back to try more items from their menu. Someone I was sitting next to said the torta was very good so that's next on my list!
