Makan! Makan! so good. Chicken rice is excellent. Andy's ginger scallion sauce is what makes it the real deal. You could easily split one order between two people, especially if you get some sides like the fried chicken skin and pork spring rolls. My only regret is choosing a crappy parking spot with a short time limit and not being able to spend more time to try the whole menu and chat more with Andy. Hawker Station has a limited menu, but it's the things they specialize in.Their top selling and most popular dish is Hainan Chicken Rice.Chicken is very soft and juicy. I've had food here multiple times and I have to say that it is delicious. I love the specials and I love the signature dish (the chicken with a ginger scallion sauce). The beef special with the spicy sauce really rang my bell!. My only suggestion for improvement would to get slightly different cuts of meat so that the people eating aren't chewing on gristle. Still 5 stars; delicious flavors, amazing employees, LOVE this place!
