Los Plebes is part of the Lil' America food cart pod. The food was very good and there was a wide range of choices for both food and beverages. The burrito was decent yet small. The sauce was good. The 2 small "half the normal size" containers were 1$.

It's a good food cart to grab some quick food when in the area. They are usually the ones that have longer operating hours than the other carts in the area. We stopped by and shared a chorizo quesadilla while waiting for our other stuff. The flavor of the chorizo was on point, and the quesadilla did its job. The person working there was friendly and quick to prepare our food.
